Pharmacist preparing a patient-specific compounded prescription03503A · Patient Rx

Overview

503A is patient-specific compounding, filled per prescription and shipped directly to the patient. There are two ways to write it: your own licensed provider prescribes it, or a licensed provider in our telehealth network handles the visit and writes it for you.

The pharmacy is the merchant of record for the patient transaction. You keep the clinical relationship; we provide the supply rail and, if you want it, the prescriber network.

Representative patient-Rx items

  • GLP-1 (semaglutide · tirzepatide)
  • PT-141
  • Ipamorelin
  • Patient-specific blends
