Terms of Service

Pending legal review
This Terms of Service is a factual description of how USPeptideRx's systems currently work, written for transparency. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel and should not be relied on as a complete or final Terms of Service. Questions in the meantime: admin@uspeptiderx.com.
What USPeptideRx is
USPeptideRx is a business-to-business procurement platform connecting licensed prescribers and clinics with licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities. USPeptideRx does not itself compound or dispense — every order is fulfilled by a licensed pharmacy, which performs its own compliance review.
Accounts
A prescriber account opens once we can verify credentials — an NPI check against the federal registry, a manual review, or both. A pharmacy or business-partner inquiry is a conversation, not an automatic approval: our team follows up after reviewing the submitted application.
Delegated access
A prescriber may grant staff at their practice access to prepare orders on their behalf. That access is scoped to the granting prescriber's own patients only, and the prescriber can revoke it at any time.
Billing
Accounts are invoiced every 7 days.
Fulfillment
Every order is transmitted to a licensed dispensing pharmacy for compliance review and fulfillment. The compliance check for a given order always stays with the licensed pharmacy that fills it.
What these terms do not yet cover
In the interest of only saying what is true: this page does not state a governing law, a dispute-resolution process, a limitation of liability, an indemnification clause, or termination terms. None of those has been decided or committed to yet. This page is not a substitute for a contract reviewed by counsel.
